嗯，上下文看过的。只是觉的应该先和商家协商好。然后让商家直接退款比较好。

毕竟在paypal里面申请了仲裁，对商家的信誉会有影响的。

在 PayPal 上将争议升级。

I bought a VPS from HostRail on Dec 10th. I tried in vain to access my VPS with SecureCRT after getting the login info on Dec 11th. I asked for their support on Dec 12th and they replied me on Dec 14th to let me use Putty. This was ridiculous.

I tried to access my VPS with SecureCRT with success just now, which means they didn’t care until PayPal getting involved.

I asked HostRail to refund money on Dec 16th because they have a “30 days money back guarantee” graph on every page of their site. And they replied me today, “Refunds are not provided for monthly accounts as per our Terms of Service.”. So what does the “30 days money back guarantee” mean? Isn’t it a fraud?

I’d like to forward all the emails between me and HostRail to PayPal if PayPal let me know which email account to forward to. Please be fair and let the company who deserves penalty get the deserve. Thank you very much.
