在购买服务器之前，我经常直接问Sales如下的问题，如果一个sales能详细的为你解答，那么这家的销售服务不错，当然，Sales和Support的服务态度并不挂钩，但是一个Sales的态度不好，Support的态度就更难说了，以下是我的列表，如果你有类似的经验，或者有过很搞笑古怪的回答，可以一起分享~

1. Could you please provide test IP and test file link for speedtest?

2. What’s the price for this configuration? (CPU/RAM/Hard Driver/Raid/Bandwidth/IPs)

3. What’s the price for hardware upgrade and network/bandwidth upgrade?

4. Where is your datacenter located?

5. Could you please introduce your datacenter’s network?

6. Do you offer native IPV6?

7. Do you offer lease-to-own plan?

8. What’s the max IP number could you offer per server? Because I’d like to use the server for Xen VPS Hosting.

9. How long is the contract period?

10. Are you a reseller or do you own the hardware?

11. Do you have office in the datacenter? How many officials?

12. Do you allow warez-links/replica websites hosted on your network?

13. If my client’s website gets DDos’d, how do you handle this situation?

14. If my client’s website gets complaints like DMCA, how do you handle this situation?

15. If I buy more servers (I’d like to resell your servers), could you please give me some discounts?
