PhotonVPS今天发信公告说他们已经和中国电信直连，信件原文如下：
We are pleased to announce that our direct uplink to China Telecom is now coming online! As many of you have noticed there has been improvements since about 6AM PST this morning. As it comes online our speeds to China will greatly increase. At the moment our uplink is 50% online with the remaining 50% to be ready within 12-24 hours!
不过感觉deepvps观察，并不是真正意义上的直连，而是在http://packetexchange.net/ 交换中心获取的电信带宽。但是网站线路状况应该是可以得到一定的改善。
